Meet Stacy:
Your Wellness & Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant with a Masters Degree in Nursing
I spent years working as a nurse and saw how many people struggled with chronic conditions that could have been prevented. That experience inspired me to dig deeper and learn how to help women support their health before things reach that point.
But along the way, my own health began to shift. I was exhausted, gaining weight, struggling to sleep, and losing focus. I didn’t feel like myself anymore. I wanted my energy back. I wanted to feel good in my body again and enjoy being active with my kids.
While completing my holistic nutrition certification, everything started to make sense. With the right education and a lot of research, I began connecting the dots and working closely with my health care practitioner.
It turned out I was dealing with a thyroid issue and perimenopause. Once I understood what was happening, I was able to take the right steps by adjusting my nutrition and daily habits to support hormone balance and overall health.
Those changes transformed how I feel, and now I help other women do the same.
